Location: Zagreb, Croatia.
Duration: Our studio was founded in late 2010.
Staff: Two full time, but we regularly work with illustrators, photographers and web designers on larger projects.
Education: Igor Manasteriotti graduated from Rhode Island School of Design, Mia Maric graduated from the University of Zagreb.
Influences: Twentieth-century masters of visual identity design such as Paul Rand, Stefan Kanchev, Chermayeff & Geismar, Walter Landor, Herb Lubalin. We try to achieve that same level of timelessness, simplicity and boldness in our work.
Work environment: The first floor of our house is our studio. Not wasting time in traffic is a blessing. Creative work usually gets done in the evenings, when the phone doesn’t ring and e-mails stop coming.
Technique: We focus on making authentic designs that tell a simple story. Each project should touch an emotion, either through wit, humor or craft.
Philosophy: Always work with a concept and stay away from empty decoration.
