Personal work. “This project is about a place in the visual field that detects light. To transfer invisibility from the physical to the psychological, I combined this idea with the ‘uncanny valley,’ a hypothesis explaining that while some features look natural on humanoid figures, these seemingly real human beings still cause revulsion Just like scenes from movies that have yet to be filmed, each of the images in this project has a story individual from the others, but they are all based on daily subjects or environments which transform fleeting gestures into mysterious vignettes.”
