At Switzerland's Alpenarena, the winter season starts before any other resort in Switzerland. The goal was to announce the early opening of the season. During two weeks two cars full of snow were driven through several cities in Switzerland to announce the early opening of the winter season in Flims Laax Falera. The cars were covered with artificial snow so it seemed as if they came directly from the mountains where it had already snowed.
