“Reply All” :60 (Open in a quiet office. We see two guys working opposite each other in a single cubicle. One guy clicks on his computer, sending an e-mail. He smiles) SFX: E-mail being received. (The guy on the other side of the cubicle reads for a moment. Chuckles to himself. Then turns and speaks to the other worker) Tom: Oh, no, Rod. You sent this e-mail “reply all.” (And for dramatic effect, he repeats) Tom: You hit “reply all.” (For Rod who sent the e-mail, it’s as though his world has come to a horrible end. His heart sinks. Blood drains from his head. He inhales deeply, as though about to scream, then takes off running out of the office. Cut to him inside his car, screaming) Rod: Noooo! (His scream continues intermittently throughout the next several cuts. The cuts are very quick. Cut to Bridgestone tires as they hug the road. Cut to Rod running through a boardroom, stealing laptops from several stunned executives. Cut to Bridgestone tires. Cut to Rod running through an office, carrying an entire desktop computer. Cut to Rod throwing the desktop computer off a bridge. Cut to a woman staring at her desk, noticing that her computer is missing. Cut to a woman sitting quietly in her home office. Rod’s hand is seen yanking her laptop. Cut to Rod yanking a huge batch of wires from the wall of an office computer mainframe. Cut to the Bridgestone tires driving on a city road. Cut to the tires braking as the car comes to a halt. Cut back to the office. Rod sits back down at his computer. He looks like he’s been through the wringer. His coworker leans back and talks to Rod again) Tom: I was messing with you. You just e-mailed it to me. (Laughing) So gullible. (Rod collects himself for a moment. Then again a series of very quick cuts. Rod gets back in his car and begins to turn the tables of the prank on Tom. He loads sheep into his car. He paints Tom’s house bright orange. He sprays Tom’s carpets with ketchup. He shepherds the sheep into Tom’s bedroom. He throws toilet paper in the trees as we reveal the house now fully painted orange. Cut back to the office. Rod returns from his pranking and sits back down. Rod: You got me. So, when are you headed home? Tom: Five-ish. (Cut to Bridgestone logo and end frame) Anncr. (VO): For drivers who want to get the most out of their cars, it’s Bridgestone, or nothing. (Cut back to the exterior of Tom’s house. He sees that his house has been pranked. He nods and smiles) Tom: I like that.
