Pier :30 "This TV spot was intended to show the impact drunk driving is having on pedestrians and bicyclists. We did this by forcing potentially impaired drivers to see the consequences of one foolish act in a different light. We wanted them to realize that they aren't only taking a life. They're also taking the life that person would have lived had they not been killed by a drunk driver."
