Terra Incognita: Proyecto Intervenciones Sociales is the museum catalog for Laura Anderson Barbata's exhibition. The double challenge was, on one hand, to capture in static images a sense of the dynamic, visual, tactile, auditory and even olfactory experience of her multimedia pieces; on the other hand to express the cultural layering at the heart of her work, which is inspired through her extended contact with the Yanomami and Ye'kuana tribes of Venezuela. 122 pages, 7 1/4 x 9 3/8, perfect-bound, 4-color throughout, vellum sheets front and back printed black only.
