Our accountant simply asked us to design a letterhead system that had a bit more personality than her previous (very boring) set of materials. Our attempt to bring some humor to an otherwise bone-dry arena has unintentionally brought an element of panic to some mailing recipients who mistakenly believed they were being contacted by the IRS. On further inspection, most were amused and happy to be in on the joke.
