The Boy Scouts had become viewed as traditional, outdated and irrelevant. The theme for this year's annual report, Traditional Values for a Modern World, showed how the twelve core values in the Scout Law are not outdated, but instead relevant and needed in today's world. The annual report was sent to members, donor organizations and potential donors. 50 pages, 11 x 17, saddle-stitched, 4-color and PMS throughout.
