The assignment called for creating an image that would depict The French Kicks. The band's music is fun, peppy and sexy. I approached the poster as pop art with its colors and tongue-in-cheek aesthetic. I also worked in the movie poster look to give it some theater. The poster is a 3-color silk-screen poster, 19 x 25 on off white wash French Paper stock. 19 x 25.
