The Nike iD @ 255 space was designed to be a premium, customization experience accessible by invitation only to select influencers in the New York City area. Custom designed from top to bottom, the space incorporated design cues from all aspects of footwear and sneaker culture. From the literal: a wall of shoes, to the abstract: flocked wallpaper featuring the iconic representations of Air Force 1. Staffed with expert designers with backgrounds in color theory and shoe design, the studio offered visitors a personally guided experience that led them through the creation process of their own custom-made product, including access to exclusive styles, materials and color palettes unavailable anywhere else.
