A cookbook for celebrated chef Susur Lee. His cuisine is highly unusual and original, yet perfectly crafted and restrained. His book therefore had to be both simple, yet original. Our solution was to pair a unique binding technique with well-crafted, quiet typography and images of Susur's dishes and life. Two books bound with one cover, each 136 pages; 7 1/2 x 10 1/4, perfect-bound, 4-color.
