When Sant Ambroeus, a Milanese restaurant established in 1936, opened a location on New York City's Madison Avenue, its identity was updated to reflect the new location's various personalities while maintaining elements of their packaging already familiar to their clients. We created two custom typefaces based on historical type from their wrapping paper, integrated their art deco script logo into a new logo design that could change according to its use and standardized their signature salmon color.
