In the archives of the Otetiana Council, digging through sashes covered with badges and 80-year-old checklists, we started to realize that the former owners of these items had learned more than conservation and canoeing in Boy Scouts. They developed values, like diligence and loyalty, that helped them become leaders, even heroes. Hearing stories of portrait subjects life savers, educators, war veterans all told us how those early influences help shape who they would become. 28 pages, 7 x 8 1/2, saddle-stitched, 4-color, rounded trim-edge corners.
