This tool covers tea history, origins, growing regions, brewing, commitment to tea-growing communities, product assortment, food pairings and a glossary of terms. It also functions as a tasting journal with pages to adhere tea stamps and write tasting notes, marking one's progress through the world of Tazo Tea. 76 pages, 3 1/2 x 5 1/4, 4-color throughout. Booklet and loose sheet of die-cut labels in cellophane envelope.
