Problem: Design a financial center within the Saga Falabella department store that unifies their three previously separate, individually branded services: credit cards, insurance and travel. We developed a space that achieves the function and efficiency expected of a financial center, but used a retail-like aesthetic to put a cooler face on what is typically a dull category. The result is a fun, hip, innovative and heavily-branded environment that feels perfectly at home within the trendy Saga Falabella stores.
