One Laptop Per Child is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide laptop computers to children in developing countries worldwide. With this mission in mind, the identity was created to be intuitive across international cultural boundaries. The four icons designed for the identity (vision by an orange number one; laptop with a green computer silhouette; participate with a blue arrow; and child by a fuchsia stick-figure) coordinate with the navigation icons for Sugar, the laptop's user-interface, and the organization's Web site.
