In Vancouver, GAP was testing a revolutionary new loyalty program, Sprize, that gave customers automatic rebates if anything they purchased, happened to go on sale at a later date. To get the word out in a big way, the flagship Robson Street store was turned upside down. Overnight, mannequins, display tables and signage were flipped and mirrors that reflected upside down images were installed.
