When it opened in 2010, Trunk Clothiers introduced a new style of curated menswear retailing to London. Menswear is a competitive business in London and Trunk had to make its mark to differentiate itself. I was approached to create a giveaway for the shop's opening cocktail party as well as promotional collateral for the remainder of the year. One sentence from the client's brief immediately resonated, 'Trunk is a shop for men who like to look sharp,' and the concept came together almost instantly. A sharp shiny blade is a striking visual, appealing to even the most discerning gentleman!
