One floor of the building is twelve degrees off-center so we designed the brochure with unexpected twelve degree die-cut pieces that create a layered effect and a combination of logo, accent color and image that successfully conveys the development's brand identity. The choice of an uncoated stock relates to the hip, urban, cool nature of 12 Degrees and its design-savvy market. 32-page wrap, 4-page wrap, 24-page, 9 1/2 x 12, saddle-stitched, 4 color.
