The Type Directors Club decided to create a series of keepsakes to promote itself and to attract new members. It would be a printed piece plus a web version. My memory is terrible when comes to remembering the names for the different parts of letters. In order to help me and other fellow type lovers, I decided to come up with with a distinctive way of recollecting it — by linking type with sex.
