The last page invited readers to WhatFrostBelieves.com to view customer letters and video and to thousands of customers share their stories, describing how Frost delivered on each of the eleven beliefs, leading to increased numbers switching to Frost. 28 pages, 3 3/4 x 5 1/2, 2-color, saddle-stitched, 1/2 inch corner radius cut.
