The Natural History Museum of Utah's galleries, unlike those of most science museums, explore themes: Sky, Native Voices, Life, Land, First Peoples, Great Salt Lake, Past Worlds and Futures. The approach encompasses multiple ways of understanding the world we live in. With the client, we rethought the natural-history museum from the ground up: how we use collections, media and technology and how we tell stories. The result is a facility that embraces traditional practices and state-of-the-art media techniques and sets a new standard for museums of this kind.
