“The Museum of Russian Kerchiefs and Shawls is a unique museum located in Pavlovsky Posad, Russia. The museum features a rare collection of shawls from the late eighteenth and early twentieth centuries, anniversary shawls of the Czar era and historical shawls from Russia and other countries in Europe. Our challenge was to develop a bright and contemporary corporate identity for the museum, to revive interest in the study of history and to contribute to tourism infrastructure and development in the town. The corporate identity is built with fragments of the rarest shawls, which form an endless kaleidoscope. Lively colors, plenty of texture and patterns immerse visitors in a world where the shawl is no longer a simple clothing accessory, but becomes an object of art.”
