The donor wall celebrates the collective contributions of the community to the Museum of California campaign. Composed of painted aluminum C-channel, the non-hierarchical arrangement is displayed across a concrete wall in an asymmetrical and porous pattern. As a modular system, the donor wall allows for future expansion. When viewed in its entirety, the composition appears as an abstract representation of ivy, enlivening the concrete walls of the central stair and referencing the landmark gardens.
