Jack Daniel's wanted to create a campaign celebrating craftsmanship and the handmade—two things Jack Daniel's takes pride in when making their Tennessee whiskey. Working with independent artists, they hand-created original pieces that were photographed and distributed as posters. This poster was initially designed on tracing paper and transferred to a truck door using a vintage Electro-Pounce machine to create a chalk outline. It was then hand-painted using OneShot lettering enamel on the side of a 1949 pickup. 18 x 24, 4-color, 1 PMS, silkscreen.
