Greenpeace set out to educate people and persuade governments against coal use via this animated film. A new coal-fired plant opens every weekday in China. There, as in so many developing countries, coal's cheap price and quick accessibility make it the energy source of choice for the ever-increasing demand. But this fossil fuel comes with a list of insurmountable problems: from creating deadly labor conditions, to toxic air to increasingly being a cause of climate change. Greenpeace wanted to tell the full story as much as 60 seconds would allow.
