The War on Drugs, client
While writing the new album, the War on Drugs songwriter Adam Granduciel had a breakdown, barricading himself on the top floor of his house for months without leaving. It was here that much of the album took shape. The image of a dark house at night with one lit window on the top floor speaks to the isolation and solitary themes of the album while paying homage to the actual process and circumstances that produced it. 18 x 24.
