“Ratafia Corriols, a limited edition liqueur, was made from medicinal herbs and green walnuts harvested from the Guilleries. The liqueur is part of an initiative that seeks to make visible the wealth and natural values of this territory, in contrast to the extra-high-voltage power lines (MATs) imposed by the state. Sales of this liqueur will help fund actions supporting the development of a new energy model.”
