“We established and built the recreational brand for cannabis brand Saturday and developed its entire packaging line for launch in the Canadian market. Saturday has strong connotations with where most people want to be. It’s ‘your day’—a day to sleep in, relax, chill, go for a run or go out at night. The variations of the product name communicate the use case and daypart, enabling consumers to understand the strain on their level and in their day. Thus, we successfully introduced Saturday as a new cannabis brand in Canada and designed packaging in a very regulated space which required a lot of creativity and legal finessing. We also created a packaging design that stood out on the shelf and produced over 166 variations.”
