“A dream job where I was asked to illustrate a poster for the film Tampopo, a bizarre Japanese comedy about food, mainly ramen. Because the film features so many side stories, I thought that having them swimming in a large sea of ramen was appropriate. This poster was used for the premier of the rerelease tour and is also in the DVD and Blu-ray foldout. No job has made me as hungry as this one.”
