“When Facebook hired us to help it recruit software engineers and programmers, it was concerned about losing top prospects to other Silicon Valley companies that were perceived to be more technically challenging. We focused on the stories behind the code, showing how working at Facebook means impacting the world on a more profound social level, an aspect that other competitors couldn’t promise as part of their job offerings. These images were rendered in Facebook’s HipHop PHP code, which was widely used by the company at the time of this campaign.”
