Personal work. “This image started with a black tomato, which I had bought at a market along with blackberries, an avocado, cheese and a Hostess Sno Ball. I wanted to play with food as colors, shapes and textures and ignore flavor entirely. I used a gold wire to thread the berries and have them orbit the tomato, creating an otherworldly scene.”
