“The Weather Charts is a series of posters in which we have investigated meteorological activities. Each chart is an experiment to push the boundaries of what is possible with open data, data science, visual design and printing techniques. The series offers a retrospective of the past ten years, documenting not only the evolution of data visualization, but also the increased influence and widespread use of data. The Weather Charts was initiated as an internal project, freeing us to try unconventional methods outside of the constraints of client work.”
