In Asian culture, having dark, thick, black hair is often thought of as a symbol of wealth, health, social status and sensuality. I remember what my mentor, Bill Mayer, told me once before: ‘Sometimes just revealing enough will be more impactful for the audience.’ I applied that method to the snake scales.”
