Personal project. “On our first trip going to Los Angeles to pitch ourselves, we contacted Photogenics. They have some amazing yet unique talent. In looking at Dasha, we knew we absolutely had to photograph her. So we spent a few days planning on how to make it happen. When we finally gathered a team, we locked in a showroom that had a built in studio. It was rows and rows of clothing. But we noticed in one of the showcases this huge hat that seemed to be hidden away. Not even sure how it would integrate into the story, we shot it. It’s still one of our favorite shots today.”
