“To echo the idea of ‘landscape of intimacy,’ we introduced the idea of cartography to this design system: a terrain of visual study when humanity’s perception collides with the measurement of our land. Also, the notion of curation creates a geography with artwork, gallery space and viewers, which led to our idea of using data visualization: circles representing the dimensional data of each artwork from the student artist spread out across the canvas to create this conceptual landscape poetically.”
