“This book is a collection of typefaces I designed during my daily challenge, ‘100 Days of Image-Based Type.’ I recycled images from my daily life—such as maps, photographs and drawings—to become the foundation for building typeface families by stripping these down to a grid on which I designed aesthetically coherent glyph systems.”
