“Calhern is a grotesk sans family made up of three subfamilies. Bringing a vast variety of character, the typeface was first influenced by type found in film credits and title sequences. When I studied type styles through research, a key factor of having a versatile style set made itself especially clear. It was fundamental to aim for a typeface that could speak in many different voices.”
