“Storefront for Art and Architecture (sfaa) is a New York–based nonprofit dedicated to exploring critical and experimental ideas in architecture, art and the built environment. sfaa challenges notions of space and visibility with its collapsible facade, so I mirrored the facade’s shifting panels with a custom modular typeface. Embodying impermanence, the typography reflects sfaa’s role as a living storefront for collective imagination.”
