"Art director Larry Burke-Weiner and I went out one cold December day to create photographs to illustrate the concept of natural energy, e.g. wind. This was one of several photographs. Larry brought along a bag of old shirts, some string and a couple of 2 x 4's. We borrowed a horse pasture and set up a clothesline. We added the wind by fanning the clothes with a piece of foamcore."
