"With a monolithic hospital network about to expand into the client's territory," said Rich Kohnke. "ProHealth wanted to remind people that they've been a fixture in the community since day one. This was one in a series of ads which created a first-person, omniscient voice for the hospital, like a wise old grandfatherly figure who's seen everything. The trick was trying to walk that fine line between sincere and melodramatic."
