"The Seaside Pienza Institute's mission is to advance the arts of town building and land stewardship through educational programs. The Institute is located in the Tuscan town of Pienza, Italy, where the complex interrelationships between urban and agriculture environments, so often debated in the abstract, become vivid and real," said designer Terri S. Wolfe. "The book is a compilation of essays and observations that resulted from topics discussed at the annual gathering."
