"Drink Me was created to commemorate the 2003 MTV Music awards held in Edinburgh. Glenmorangie commissioned a limited-edition vodka for inclusion in the goody bags given to 140 celebrities. To build intrigue and highlight the mind-bending effects of the high-strength product, WMH borrowed the idea of the 'Drink Me' bottle featured in Alice Through The Looking Glass. Because of the controlled distribution, WMH was able to avoid including mandatory information and product claims and keep the concept simple and true to the reference point."
