"Legend has it that Brian spent much of the '70s in bed, so when we set up the shoot I hoped to photograph him there. But it's not like we walked in and started lighting the master bedroom. I'm guessing that his publicist would have found that alarming. We shot in different parts of his home and just ended up in the bedroom along the way."
