"Fifth Town is a new artisan cheese facility located in a picturesque and historic part of Ontario-Prince Edward County-where British loyalists fled the American Revolution. Not unlike many of the vineyards in California, we wanted to inbue this brand with an old-world sensibility using a modern aesthetic. The 'black letter' monogram and filigree details have been abstracted from an original nineteenth century map of the area."
