“No, we don't think we're better than you—this was a logo for an art show in Los Angeles. The logo was inspired by the Dead Kennedys’s song ‘California Über Alles,’ which was part of our formative artistic education that also included Southern California skate and surf graphics, early street wear, custom cars and a healthy dose of junior high notebook scribbling. We threw in some blackletter and some ’60s and ’70s biker imagery to round it out.”
