“DC Shoes selected Hint to help design their footwear and apparel catalog, for buyers and retailers. One of the key spreads in the catalog is footwear technology, that functions as a guide, legend and reference for the various technologies found in DC shoes,” said art director Christian Hansen. “The challenge was to communicate DC's entire list of proprietary technologies in only one spread of the catalog. Our approach was to design a dimensional space that allowed for depth and harmonious interaction of key illustrations, icons and product images.”
