"The 'design backwards' process is described in my recent book, Green Graphic Design, published by Allworth Press (which is pictured in the background). Celery used this process to embed principles of sustainability into the Bon Ami brand and packaging redesign. The illustration describes many of the key questions and decisions the team made while designing backwards. It also shows how the quest for sustainability can positively influence creative decisions," said creative director Brian Dougherty.
