From the children's picture book Leather Shoe Charlie by Kyung-Hwa Kim published in Republic of Korea in 2008. The story is set in Great Britain, during the Industrial Revolution and the protagonist is a boy named Charlie. He always wears the leather shoes that his grandfather lovingly made for him. He works in the factory and dreams of one day making shoes just like his grandfather. "This book was selected as a finalist in the 2009 international CJ Picture Book Festival in Seoul, Korea, which exhibited 100 finalists chosen from 1,426 books entered from 34 countries."
