Frozen Lemons, Paris. "Another image that will be included in Paris to Provence. This is a traditional refreshing French dessert: frozen lemons filled with lemon sorbet. I love the sound my spoon makes while I scrape the last bit of sorbet from the sides of the lemon: it feels a little bit like carving a mini pumpkin. This was shot on location in Paris in the back room of a tiny kitchen with the smallest bit of window light."
